Upload RSP settlement export
Upload the raw RSP_Based_Settlement_Per_Day export (.xlsx) straight
from the settlement system. Stops are converted to pay at $3.00/stop automatically ($3.50/stop on Saturdays and
Sundays for ofids 282892, 325289 and 309111), grouped into a paystub per driver per week. Rows whose driver
number isn't in the roster are credited to the CFO account. Every import lands as a draft —
review and edit it in the All paystubs table below, then publish it before a driver can see it.
Import weekly paystubs
CSV header: driverId,weekEnding,date,driverNo,stops,dayTotal,deductionType,deductionAmount.
Each row is either a day (date/driverNo/stops/dayTotal filled in) or a deduction (deductionType/deductionAmount
filled in) for that driver's week. weekEnding is the Saturday the pay week ends
(YYYY-MM-DD). Every import lands as a draft — publish it from the All paystubs table below before a driver
can see it. Download the Excel template — fill it in, save as
CSV, then paste or upload below.

OnTrac session cookie
fastrac.ontrac.com requires signing in — this app never logs in on its own. Sign in there yourself, then get the session cookie one of two ways:
Easiest: drag this to your bookmarks bar — 📋 Copy OnTrac Cookie — then, while already signed into fastrac.ontrac.com, click it (not this page — drag it up to your browser's bookmarks bar first, then click it from there while on the OnTrac tab). It copies the cookie to your clipboard, ready to paste below. If it says the cookie isn't readable, OnTrac is protecting it from JavaScript entirely (a browser security feature, not a bug) — use the fallback below instead.
Fallback: open dev tools' Network tab, click any request to fastrac.ontrac.com, and copy the Cookie request header value.
Either way, paste it below — it'll need refreshing whenever it expires.
Upload a report
OnTrac's report export needs a real signed-in browser tab to work — sign into fastrac.ontrac.com/reportviewer yourself, run the report, click its own Export button (CSV or Excel), then upload the downloaded file here.
Preview (first rows) — download the full file below for the rest.
